Dermastamp skin needling is a clinical procedure for improving skin. Its suitability for all skin types has made it a key treatment for acne scarring, sun damaged and ageing skin, fine lines and wrinkles and stretch marks. Dermastamp uses very fine needles to promote collagen stimulation and skin rejuvenation. This is unlike any heat based technology as there is no skin burning and skin coagulation. The side effects are dramatically reduced and the risk, almost zero.
Dermastamp
The Dermastamp treatment produces thousands of micro infusion channels in the skin. Each channel will penetrate into the dermis of the skin to stimulate the skin to regenerate and repair itself enabling the skin to recover quickly. After a Dermastamp procedure your body will start to naturally regenerate and repair the skin, working below the surface in the dermis. This takes time as new collagen is formed, new skin cells are generated and blood supply is enhanced. It can take up to six weeks before visible signs of regeneration and repair are seen and the process will continue over the following months, providing you with a natural and long lasting enhancement. At The Chandler Clinic we normally recommend a series of three Dermastamp Skin Rejuvenation procedures with approximately 4 to 6 weeks between them. Depending on your particular skin complaint it may be necessary to increase the number of treatments required. This is especially true for scarring. One-off top-up treatments are then recommended every 6-12 months.
At The Chandler Clinic we offer the E-Dermastamp which is like the Dermal Roller but with more flexibility: the most significant difference being that it is a far more comfortable procedure. It also makes reaching those hard-to-get-to areas like lips, scalp and eyes a lot easier to treat, plus the needle length can be adjusted at any stage during a treatment to suit the area being treated (eg. longer needles for the cheeks where there is more coverage).

F.A.Q’s
The Dermastamp is a vibrational stamping device, unlike a manual handheld roller.
The skin is cleaned and sterilized. Generally the skin will need to be numbed to ensure your comfort. Therefore the treatment is considered painless. The tip will glide over your skin creating stimulating channels and an even flushing is the best indication for a perfect medical treatment. The treatment usually takes around 1.5 hours in total.
Since we are not using heat, yes the Dermastamp can be used on any skin colour and skin type.
You will see results instantly. However collagen will grow from around the 6 week mark. Your skin will continue to improve over 6-12mths.
How often can I have the dermastamp
For Collagen + Skin Rejuvenation – 3 treatments / 4-6 wks apart
For Scars + Acne Scar Reduction – 3-6+ treatment / 4-6 wks apart
The inflammatory reaction of the skin is extremely short and fades significantly within hours from redness to pinkish that may last from 12 to 24 hours on average. In order to reduce visible redness, we recommend topical healing minerals + hyaluronic acid to help hydrate the skin. Zinc sun protection is also recommended.
Nothing stimulating. You must avoid AHA’s, retinol (vitamin A) or anything acidic or ‘active’ for a minimum of 2 days.
Only use a soothing cleanser to clean, and hyaluronic acid to hydrate, as your skin will become very dry. Copper and Zinc based serums help heal and protect.
Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT)
Dermastamp™ – Collagen Induction Therapy procedure works by stimulating your own body’s collagen. Your body will start to naturally regenerate the skin.
