Dr Wellness Power Well Smoothie
This smoothie contains numerous immune and energy boosting ingredients. For maximal benefits and to reduce your chemical toxicity please use organic ingredients.
Makes about 2 x 250ml glasses. Volumes can be halved to suit the size of your blender.
- 200ml Almond or other non-dairy milk of your choosing
- 200ml Coconut water
- ½ cup baby coconut flesh (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
- 2 Tbsp Non-Whey Protein Powder (i.e. pea or other vegetable protein powder is fine)
- 1-2 Tbsp Cacao (not cocoa) powder
- 1-2 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp Ground LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond)
- 2 Tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 2 Tsp Fresh grated ginger or ginger powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon powder
- ½ Tsp Curcurmin (Turmeric) Powder/grated root
- 0-4 dates (optional and should be omitted if following the sugar free detox program)
- Ice-cubes (amount to suit individual tastes)
Add all ingredients to a blender/Nutribullet and blend until blended to a smooth liquid. Add more/less liquid to suit. Enjoy mindfully (slowly)! J
